CleanWins deposits and withdrawals
Cards, Open Banking, bank transfer, Paysafe and six cryptocurrencies, with limits, timings and the verification checklist.
Using our cashier
Our cashier supports Visa, Mastercard, bank transfer, Open Banking, Paysafe for deposits, and selected crypto currencies. The minimum deposit is £20 and the minimum withdrawal is £20. Choose the method that suits your account and make sure its details are correct before you confirm a request.
We review withdrawal requests within 48 hours. A review is not an instant payout promise, and additional verification may be needed. We return withdrawals to the method used for the deposit, so keeping your payment method available can help prevent delays.
The cashier also works alongside the account rules that protect payment processing. You need to turn over a deposit at least once before requesting a withdrawal. Our standard withdrawal limits are set over 7-day and 30-day periods, with higher limits available through the Clean Wins VIP Club.

Requesting a withdrawal
Open the cashier in your account, select the withdrawal option and submit the amount to the payment method you used for your deposit. The standard limit is £5,000 per 7 days and £15,000 per 30 days. These limits rise with VIP tier. The maximum win is £100,000 per day.
Before you request a withdrawal, turn over your deposit at least once. If you have not done so, we may reject the request or charge an administration fee of up to 8%. A second fee of up to 8% can also apply when multiple withdrawals are taken within a rolling 30-day period. Read this before you decide how often to cash out.
Keep a pending cashout untouched
A pending withdrawal stays in your balance while it is being reviewed. If the balance falls below the amount requested, the withdrawal can cancel automatically. There is a grace period of about one hour, but you should not rely on it. Once you submit a cashout, stop playing until it has been processed.
We review requests within 48 hours. Verification is mandatory on any withdrawal request, so provide any documents requested promptly and make sure the payment method details match your account. Our payment rules apply alongside the withdrawal review.
Verification before a withdrawal
Our verification checks are risk based. They become mandatory when lifetime deposits pass roughly £5,000 and whenever you request a withdrawal. We may ask for documents before completing the review, so allow time for this as part of your withdrawal plan.
What we may ask you to provide
- Photo identification, front and back.
- A selfie holding that identification.
- A bank statement or utility bill dated within the last three months.
Use clear, full-colour images where every edge of the document can be read. Check that the name and address are current, that the statement or bill is within the three-month window, and that the selfie clearly shows both you and the ID. Sending the right documents first time can avoid an unnecessary back-and-forth.
Verification is part of keeping our payment process accurate. Open your CleanWins account
Currencies and crypto
We support GBP, EUR, USD, SEK, CZK and HUF. This UK site shows prices in GBP, so UK players should choose GBP where it is available to keep deposits, bonus values and withdrawal amounts aligned with the amounts shown on site.
Crypto is available on Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether, USD Coin, Litecoin and Dash. It is still subject to our account, review and withdrawal rules. The payment method used for the deposit is the method we use for the withdrawal, and verification is required for every withdrawal request.
If you are considering a bonus with your deposit, visit our bonus terms first. The promotion code must be entered at deposit, and any stated wagering terms apply separately from the payment rules.
Payments questions
The minimum deposit is £20 and the minimum withdrawal is £20. Check the cashier for the payment methods available to your account. A withdrawal is reviewed within 48 hours and may require verification before it can be completed.
We review withdrawal requests within 48 hours. We do not promise an instant payout. Because verification is mandatory for every withdrawal request, the time needed can also depend on whether the required documents have been provided and accepted.
Withdrawals return to the method used for the deposit. Keep that method available while your request is under review. This rule sits alongside account verification and helps us process the withdrawal through the payment route connected with your deposit.
Yes. You must turn over a deposit at least once before requesting a withdrawal. Without that turnover, we can reject the request or apply an administration fee of up to 8%. The same fee level can also apply to multiple withdrawals within a rolling 30-day period.
You can, but we strongly advise against it. A pending withdrawal remains in your balance. If your balance drops below the amount requested, the withdrawal can cancel automatically. There is a grace period of about an hour, so stop playing once you submit a cashout.
The operator supports GBP, EUR, USD, SEK, CZK and HUF. Prices on this site are displayed in GBP. UK players should use GBP where available to keep the amounts they see on site consistent with the currency used for their account transactions.
